Company Evolution

Kinetic Research was founded in 1994 by Wade Bader, CPO. At that time most clients were local and the orthotics & prosthetics industry was just begining to adopt carbon fiber composite technology. Over the years carbon fiber has emerged as the standard for top quality devices and Kinetic Research has grown with that trend. Today Kinetic Research does business throughout the US and exports to Canada, Europe, South America, Asia and Australia.

Carbon Fiber Composite Technology

Kinetic Research was the first to apply resin sheets and fiber braids in orthotics and prosthetics fabrication. This led to the ReadyPreg® and Ultra-G® lines of materials. Now Kinetic Research has combined ReadyPreg® and Ultra-G® into a patent pending process called Fusion. The Fusion process is the state-of-the-art in carbon fiber composite technology for orthotics & prosthetics fabrication.

Thank you for your interest in Kinetic Research. I started the company in 1994 to integrate advances in materials technology with proven biomechanical devices. In the 18 years since founding we have acquired three patents and have two patents pending. The products that have been developed have improved the clinical practice of orthotics and prosthetics. Today we offer a full range of lower extremity orthotics that offer exceptional results and cost effective application.

Kinetic Research offers the absolute finest orthotic devices available at very reasonable central fabrication pricing. Our Ultra-G narrow band technology has significantly reduced the production costs of composite orthotics. ReadyPreg technology makes carbon fiber composites available at a low-cost. Fusion integrates ReadyPreg and Ultra-G materials with your patients needs. Virtually all industry standard componentry can be used with our composite production and special/custom needs can be accomodated. I personally oversee the modification and fabrication of your molds/orthotics.
