Guarantee & Warranty

Kinetic Research is so certain that both the wearer and attending professional will be totally satisfied with The Noodle® AFO that it comes with a total satisfaction guarantee and a one year unlimited product warranty.

Total Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason the wearer is not totally satisfied with The Noodle® AFO within 30 days of fitting, the attending professional may return it to Kinetic Research for a full refund.

One Year Unlimited Warranty

If The Noodle® AFO breaks during normal wear within 1 year of initial fitting, the attending professional may return it to Kinetic Research for a replacement at no charge.

Simple Registration

The attending professional is required to register The Noodle® AFO within 10 days of fitting. Simply go to www.KineticR.com/registration and fill in the short registration form online.

No Return Authorization Required

To return The Noodle® AFO, print and fill out the Return Form available at www.KineticR.com and send it back with the product.
